Meet Chef Anthony

Dreams of becoming a chef began at the age of 16 when my mother got an electric wok for Christmas and I began to cook in it. It was the catalyst to enlist as a cook in the US Army to fund my culinary exploration at L’Academie De Cuisine in Washington DC. After earning my degree under French tutelage, my focus shifted toward traditional Italian Cuisine as a chef in the kitchen of Joey T’s Cafe Italiano. Fresh pasta, marinara, raviolis, and gelato became an obsession to express my creativity.

After 30 years in the restaurant industry, my pleasure shifted to the more intimate experience. By repositioning my art from restaurant kitchens to the kindred setting of your home, venue, or vacation sojourn, my experience as a Chef evolves into something serendipitous. And you, as my guests, are invited to share a dining experience you will reminisce on for years to come.
