While we’re located within 15 miles of the beautiful alpine paradise of Brian Head, Utah, we proudly travel to the following destinations:

    Travel Details:

  • A minimum event spend of $2,000 (not incl. groceries) is required for events located more than 150 miles from Cedar City

  • For locations over 150 miles from Cedar City, a $350 out-of-area travel fee applies

This helps cover travel and accommodations while we’re on the road — often with our cozy travel home and our two adventurous cats, Chickpea and Butterbean, along for the journey.

How Much Does a private chef cost near zion?

Private chef experiences in the Zion region typically range from about $90 to $150 or more per person for dinner-only offerings with service, and $150 to $250+ per person/day for full-day vacation-chef packages. This range reflects the remote location, equipment/scenario logistics, and the growing demand for premium at-home dining.

At Kindred Kitchen, our pricing begins at $125 per person + groceries for a three-course, wine-paired dinner in your rental home. For a fully hosted, all-day dining service, we begin at $200 per person, per day + groceries.

We offer a reduced rate for larger groups because the shared menu and unified service allow us to work more efficiently—savings we’re glad to extend to you.

This puts us in the premium tier of the market—offering elevated cuisine, event-planner level service, and a chef + planning duo—while remaining accessible for well-organized vacation groups and retreats.

We believe your time is valuable — and so is ours. That’s why we’ve created a pricing structure that reflects both the quality of your experience and the expertise, planning, and care that go into every meal we prepare. Our per-person pricing, paired with actual grocery receipts from our trusted vendors, gives you a clear view of every ingredient we select and every detail we thoughtfully design. There are no hidden markups, surprise fees, or guesswork — just honesty and craftsmanship you can see.

From menu planning to sourcing ingredients to designing a dining experience that fits the tone of your vacation or event, every step requires intention, skill, and time. We honor that process, just as we honor the time you’ve set aside to relax and enjoy. At the time of inquiry, we’ll share a grocery estimate tailored to your specific gathering, and we will never exceed that estimate without direct communication and approval from you.

What If Our Venue or Vacation Rental Doesn’t Have All the Kitchen Tools?

That’s absolutely fine — we come fully prepared. We travel with our own tools and thoughtfully design each menu knowing exactly what we’ll need to make your meal shine. Before confirming your booking, we’ll chat about your kitchen setup so we’re ready for anything.

We’ve cooked in every kind of space and made magic happen in each one (just ask Chef Anthony about “The Bamboo Garden”).

Do You Cater to Guests with Dietary Restrictions?

Chef Anthony takes great pride in accommodating a wide range of dietary needs. No guest should ever feel left out of the experience — or that their restrictions are a burden. Every dish is crafted with care so each guest enjoys the very best of what we offer.

How Creative Can We Get with Our Menus?

As creative as you’d like! We love collaborating on ideas, favorite flavors, and inspirations. The only limits are what’s in season and the tools available — but within that, the possibilities are endless. Whether you’re dreaming of something cozy and familiar or bold and unexpected, we’ll bring it to life in a way that feels perfectly you. Our sample menus are available if you would like to choose from those and keep it simple.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Life happens — and we always recommend investing in trip insurance, not just for our services but for all aspects of your adventure.

  • Cancellations within 21 days of the scheduled event forfeit the 50% deposit of the event spend excluding groceries.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled event forfeit the entire event cost, excluding groceries.

We make all vendor purchases close to your event date to ensure the highest product quality.
